Rio de Janeiro
The tradition of Rubaiyat’s sophisticated, premium meat cuts and the innovation of A Figueira Rubaiyat’s Mediterranean cuisine are brought together one place in Rio de Janeiro.
Rubaiyat Rio is located inside The Brazilian Jockey Club, in the neighborhood of Jardim Botânico. There are 350 seats, of which 160 are placed in a roomy external area with a view to the Christ the Redeemer statue and the Jockey Club horse-racing tracks. You feel yourself in one of the city’s postcard attractions.
On Saturdays, the restaurant remakes a classic from Rio’s cuisine: feijoada. Made with baby pork from the Rubaiyat Farm’s, it is served with smoothies, appetizers and a dessert table.
With 1,400 m2, the exquisite architecture design is signed by Marcos Perazzo and Miguel Pinto Guimarães. In the hall, customers can view the ongoing work in the kitchen and watch the dishes being prepared.
